　　The extruder with vertical gear reducer adopts automatic temperature-control system to adjust melting temperature, the screw and cylinder are made of 38CrMoAlA alloy steel and done treatment of nitrogenation. The double-die can realize single or double-face coating. Width of coating &laminating can be regulated, and stepless speed regulation is to control coating thickness and laminating speed. The photoelectric meter of edge correcting assures the accuracy of coating. automatic edge cutting.counting,edge-blowing,perforating,edge-folding,cutting-off and winding devices are applied。
